化痰通脉组方辅助治疗急性期高血压脑出血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨化痰通脉组方联合甘露醇、尼莫地平及醒脑静注射液治疗急性期高血压脑出血(AHCH)患者的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月伊川县人民医院就诊的92例AHCH患者,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(n=46)和研究组(n=46)。常规组接受甘露醇、尼莫地平、醒脑静注射液治疗,研究组在常规组基础上加用化痰通脉组方。比较两组疗效、脑内血肿剩余情况、神经功能[美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分]、生活能力[Rankin修订量表(mRS)评分]。结果研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后与常规组比较,研究组NIHSS、mRS评分较低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组脑内血肿剩余量低于常规组,脑内血肿体积小于常规组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通脉组方联合甘露醇、尼莫地平及醒脑静注射液治疗AHCH患者疗效确切,可缓解临床症状,促进神经功能、生活能力恢复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huatan Tongmai formula combining with mannitol,nimodipine and Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(AHCH).Methods A total of 92 patients with AHCH attending Yichuan County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the conventional group(n=46)and the study group(n=46)using the random number table method.The conventional group was treated with mannitol,nimodipine,Xingnaojing injection,and the study group was treated with Huatan Tongmai formula base on the conventional group.The efficacy,remaining intracerebral hematoma,neurological function[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores],and living ability[modified Rankin scale(mRS)scores]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The NIHSS,mRS scoreswere lower in the study group after treatment compared with the conventional group(P<0.05).The intracerebral The remaining volume of hematoma was lower than that of the conventional group,and the volume of intracerebral hematoma was smaller than that of the conventional group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huatan Tongmai formula with mannitol,nimodipine and Xingnaojing injection is effective in treating AHCH patients,which can relieve clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of neurological function and living ability.
