摘　　要：目的探讨将Ⅳ3000敷料应用于导管出口处对腹膜透析患者的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月河南省人民医院收治的122例腹膜透析患者,按照护理方案分为观察组(61例)和常规组(61例)。常规组接受常规护理,观察组在常规组的基础上接受Ⅳ3000敷料导管出口处护理。比较两组护理前、护理后6个月导管出口评分和护理期间并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组患者导管出口评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后6个月两组患者导管出口评分均低于护理前,且观察组评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析患者接受Ⅳ3000敷料导管出口处护理方案,有利于改善患者导管出口评分,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect ofⅣ3000 dressing application at the catheter outlet on patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 122 patients with peritoneal dialysis in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(61 cases)and routine group(61 cases)according to nursing schemes.The routine group accepted routine nursing,and the observation group acceptedⅣ3000 dressing catheter outlet nursing on the basis of the routine group.The catheter outlet score and complication rate during nursing were compared between the two groups before nursing and 6 months after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical difference of the catheter outlet scores of two groups(P>0.05).6 months after nursing,the catheter outlet scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the cores of observation group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing scheme ofⅣ3000 dressing catheter outlet for peritoneal dialysis patients is helpful to improve the catheter outlet score,and reduce the incidence of complications.
