摘　　要：纤维支气管镜是可弯曲支气管镜,随着器械的不断改进和配件的完善,在呼吸系统疾病的治疗和诊断上获得了更大的拓展和安全性。且我国纤维支气管镜介入技术经20年的发展,近年来在支气管、肺疾病和胸外科术前检查等方面起着重要的作用,是目前临床上不可缺少的重要诊断和治疗工具之一。本研究则是总结近年来经纤维支气管镜治疗支气管炎及其相关疾病的研究进展予以综述,以令人们对纤维支气管镜治疗支气管炎等疾病能够获得更为全面的认识。Fiberoptic bronchoscope is a flexible bronchoscope.With the continuous improvement of the instrument and the improvement of accessories,it has been expanded and safe in the treatment and diagnosis of respiratory diseases.In recent years,fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervention technology has played an important role in the bronchoscopy,lung disease and chest surgery,and is one of the indispensable diagnostic and therapeutic tools in clinic.This study is to summarize the recent progress of the treatment of bronchitis and related diseases by fiberbronchoscopy,so that people can get a more comprehensive understanding of the treatment of bronchitis and other diseases.
