全髋关节置换术治疗创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究全髋关节置换术治疗创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月收治的66例创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各33例,对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施全髋关节置换术,对比两组住院时间、费用、疼痛评分和疗效。结果:实验组患者临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组患者术后3个月和术后1年的Harris评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后24h、72hVAS评分显著好于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组并发症数量明显较对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者中实施全髋关节置换术能够满足患者治疗需求。Objective:To study the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods:A total of 66 patients with traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head who were treated from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,33 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received total hip joint therapy.Replacement surgery was performed,and the length of hospital stay,cost,pain score and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment cost was lower than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The Harris scores of the experimental group at 3 months and 1 year after the operation were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VAS scores of patients in the experimental group at 24h and 72h after operation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The number of complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total hip replacement in patients with traumatic avascular necrosis of the femoral head can meet the treatment needs of patients,so it can be promoted in clinical practice.
