摘 要:目的:探讨传统静脉尿路造影与多排螺旋CT泌尿系造影的临床应用比较。方法:选择2019年11月~2020年12月本院接收治疗的存在泌尿系统疾病的患者96例作为研究对象,所有患者均给予传统静脉尿路造影和多排螺旋CT泌尿系造影,比较泌尿系疾病类型、不同的造影检查诊断的准确率和两种尿路显影方法结果。结果:由临床综合诊断的96例,其中泌尿系结石患者检出45例,占比为46.88%;肾结石患者检出26例,占比为27.08%;输尿管结石患者检出15例,占比为15.63%;膀胱结石患者检出1例,占比为1.04%;肿瘤患者检出4例,占比为4.17%;感染性病变患者检出3例,占比为3.13%;泌尿系畸形患者检出2例,占比为2.08%,多排螺旋CT尿路造影检查方法的诊断准确率明显高于传统的静脉尿路造影检查方法(P<0.05),多排螺旋CT尿路造影检查方法的双侧肾盏、肾盂、输尿管上段发育显影评分明显高于传统的静脉尿路造影检查方法(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT尿路造影检查对鉴别泌尿系疾病的类型和泌尿系相关疾病的诊断更具有准确性。Objective:To compare the clinical application of traditional intravenous urography and multi-slice spiral CT urography.Methods:96 patients with urinary diseases treated in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.All patients were given traditional intravenous urography and multi-slice spiral CT urography.The types of urinary diseases,the accuracy and error rate of different contrast examination and diagnosis and the results of two kinds of urography were compared.Results:Of the 96 cases diagnosed by clinical comprehensive,45 cases were detected in patients with urinary calculi,accounting for 46.88%;26 cases were detected in patients with kidney stones,accounting for 27.08%;15 cases were detected in patients with ureteral stones,accounting for 15.63%%;1 case was detected in patients with bladder stones,accounting for 1.04%;4 cases were detected in patients with tumors,accounting for 4.17%;3 cases were detected in patients with infectious diseases,accounting for 3.13%;Patients with urinary tract malformations were detected 2 cases,accounting for 2.08%,the diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT urography was significantly higher than that of traditional intravenous urography(P<0.05),and the development score of bilateral renal calices,renal pelvis and upper ureter of multi-slice spiral CT urography was significantly higher than that of traditional intravenous urography(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT urography is more accurate in identifying the types of urinary tract diseases and the diagnosis of urinary tract related diseases.
