宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析子宫内膜息肉疾病患者治疗需求,评价宫腔镜手术治疗优势,为子宫内膜息肉治疗提供参考。方法:选择2017年7月~2020年3月本院妇科诊治的110例子宫内膜息肉疾病患者,以随机法分为传统刮宫手术进行治疗的对照组(n=55)、宫腔镜手术进行治疗的观察组(n=55)。比较对照组与观察组子宫内膜息肉患者的手术情况,包括平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治疗效果、术后并发症以及治疗期间月经量情况、情绪状况。结果:组间总有效率比较,观察组占比率(96.36%)更高,P<0.05;组间月经不规则、宫腔黏连等术后并发症发生率比较,观察组占比率(9.09%)更低,P<0.05;组间手术相关指标比较,观察组患者平均术中出血量(23.50±2.50)mL、手术时间(59.20±4.50)min、住院时间(3.50±0.50)d、术后不同时间月经量均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;以焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评估患者情绪状况,观察组评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:与传统刮宫手术比较,子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜手术治疗具有安全性、有效性价值,减少了术中出血量,缩短了术后恢复时间,是优选术式。Objective:To analyze the treatment needs of patients with endometrial polyps,evaluate the advantages of hysteroscopic surgery,and provide references for the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:Select 110 patients with endometrial polyp disease who were diagnosed and treated by the Department of Gynecology in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2020.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=55)treated by traditional curettage and hysteroscopy.Treatment observation group(n=55).The operation status of endometrial polyps patients in the control group and the observation group were compared,including the average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,treatment effect,postoperative complications,menstrual flow during treatment,and emotional status.Results:Compared with the total effective rate between the groups,the proportion of the observation group(96.36%)was higher,P<0.05;The incidence of postoperative complications such as irregular menstruation and intrauterine adhesion between the groups was compared,and the proportion of the observation group(9.09%)was lower,P<0.05;Comparison of surgery-related indicators between groups,the average intraoperative blood loss(23.50±2.50)mL,operation time(59.20±4.50)min,hospital stay(3.50±0.50)d,and menstrual flow at different times after operation in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05;The emotional status of the patients was evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional dilatation and curettage,hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps is safe and effective,reduces intraoperative blood loss and shortens postoperative recovery time.It is the optimal surgical procedure.
