宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年2月~2021年2月本院收治的112例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为两组。对照组采用传统刮宫术进行治疗,研究组采用宫腔镜息肉摘除术进行治疗。观察两组患者手术情况以及治疗前后的月经量、血红蛋白水平和子宫内膜厚度。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量和术后抗生素使用时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),同时治疗后研究组的月经量、血红蛋白水平和子宫内膜厚度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉可以显著改善治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:112 patients with endometrial polyps in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional curettage,and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy.The operation condition,menstrual volume,hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were observed.Results:The operation time,bleeding amount and antibiotic use time in the study group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the menstrual volume,hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness of the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy can improve the therapeutic effect of endometrial polyps.
