改良一次性可测温肠道冲洗袋在便秘患者灌肠中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良一次性可测温肠道冲洗袋在便秘患者灌肠中的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2019年11月收治入院的70例便秘患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为改良组和常规组,各35例。常规组患者使用一次性冲洗袋进行灌肠,改良组则使用改良一次性可测温肠道冲洗袋灌肠,比较两组患者灌肠临床疗效、灌肠舒适度、插管顺畅度及不良反应发生率。结果:改良组灌肠总有效率94.26%明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);改良组患者灌肠舒适度、插管顺畅度均高于常规组(P<0.05);改良组灌肠液外流、便意强烈及大便反向输出发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:改良一次性可测温肠道冲洗袋可有效改善便秘患者灌肠临床疗效,提高灌肠舒适度与插管满意度,减少灌肠液外流、便意强烈及大便反向输出等不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of modified single use thermomeasurable intestinal irrigation bags in enemas for constipated patients.Methods:A total of 70 constipation patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into modified and conventional groups(35 patients each)according to the random number table method.Patients in the conventional group were enemas using disposable irrigation bag,while patients in the modified group were enemas using modified disposable thermomeasurable intestinal irrigation bag,and the clinical efficacy,comfort of enema,smoothness of intubation and incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of enema in the modified group was 94.26%which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05);The ease of enema and smoother of intubation among patients in the modified group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidences of enema outflow,intense flatus,and stool reverse output in the modified group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified disposable thermometric intestinal irrigation bag can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of enema in constipation patients,improve the comfort of enema and satisfaction with intubation,reduce the incidence of adverse effects such as enema fluid outflow,strong flatus and reverse stool output.
