摘　　要：目的:探讨医用电子直线加速器的技术应用与研究。方法:对2020年11月~2021年11月本院医用电子直线加速器的使用频次及故障进行分析总结,并拟定其解决对策。结果:OBI影像系统故障和电路故障最常见(12次,15.8%),其他故障分类发生频率相对较低。机械运动及电路故障导致的设备功能停用或停机时间较长。结论:医用电子直线加速器技术应用广泛,使用期间为避免其故障频次多发,需了解医用加速器的故障规律和机械性能,为日后的使用及维护提供参考。Objective:To explore the technical application and research of medical electronic linac.Methods:The use frequency and fault analysis of medical electronic linac in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were analyzed and summarized,and the solutions were proposed.Results:OBI imaging system faults and circuit faults were the most common(12 times,15.8%),the occurrence frequency of other fault classifications is relatively low.The equipment function is out of service or shutdown time is long due to mechanical motion and circuit faults.Conclusion:Medical electronic linear accelerator technology is widely used.In order to avoid frequent faults during use,it is necessary to understand the fault law and mechanical properties of medical accelerator,so as to provide reference for future use and maintenance.
