摘　　要：在科技快速发展的背景下,各种医疗设备的科技化转变也随着加快,各个医院内部的医疗设备种类与数量也在不断地增多,使得医院对医疗设备管理时难度大大增加,其中,管理工作主要涉及到医疗设备的维修维护以及医疗设备的质量控制管理。为保障医院的快速发展,必须有效的将医疗设备的维修与质量控制管理相互结合,对现有的医疗设备管理工作进行创新,保证医护人员能更好地利用医疗设备进行工作。本文将对医疗设备的维修维护与质量控制管理的现状与重要性进行分析概述,结合实际情况与需求,对医疗设备的维修维护与质量控制管理的创新策略进行探讨,以期帮助广大医院更好地进行医疗设备管理工作,促进共同进步。Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology,the technological transformation of various medical equipment followed is accelerated,the hospital internal medical equipment type and quantity is in constant increase,to the hospital medical equipment management more difficult,among them,the management will mainly involves the repair and maintenance of medical equipment and medical equipment quality control management.For the development of hospitals,medical equipment maintenance and quality control management must be effectively combined,the existing medical equipment management innovation,to ensure that medical staff can better use medical equipment for work.In this paper,the status and importance of the maintenance and quality control management of medical equipment are analyzed and summarized.Combined with the actual situation and needs,innovative strategies of the maintenance and quality control management of medical equipment are discussed in order to help hospitals better manage medical equipment and promote common progress.
