摘　　要：目的:PDCA循环管理在手术室外来器械管理中对降低医院感染发生率的作用。方法:选取本院手术室外来器械200件作为研究对象,根据器械管理当中实施管理方法的差异分组,常规组(n=100):常规管理,实验组(n=100):PDCA循环管理,对比在不同管理模式应用下外来器械管理质量以及清洗灭菌合格率、医院感染发生率。结果:组间数据相比较,通过PDCA循环管理模式的实施,相比于常规组,实验组管理质量得到了显著的提升;清洗灭菌合格率更高;医院感染发生率得到了有效的管控,P<0.05。结论:在手术室外来器械管理中实施PDCA循环管理,提升整体管理质量的同时,保证器械的灭菌合格率,从根本上降低手术治疗过程当中院内感染发生的几率。Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management on reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection in the management of external devices in operating room.Methods:200 pieces of foreign instruments in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the differences of management methods,they were divided into the conventional group(n=100):conventional management,and the experimental group(n=100):PDCA cycle management.The management quality of foreign instruments,the qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization,and the incidence of hospital infection under different management modes were compared.Results:Compared with the routine group,the management quality of the experimental group was significantly improved by the implementation of PDCA cycle management mode;The qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization was higher;The incidence of nosocomial infection was effectively controlled,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA cycle management in the management of external instruments in the operating room can improve the overall management quality,ensure the qualified rate of sterilization of instruments,and fundamentally reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in the process of surgical treatment.
