摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种传染性极强、具有一定致死风险的新发传染病.在疫情早期阶段,对新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)的传染性尚不清楚、防护意识和措施均不够充分时,医务人员的传染病职业暴露风险极高.近2年来,随着对病毒传染性及特性的充分了解,且在当前疫情防控常态化的形势下,更应高度重视降低医务人员的职业暴露.因此,设计了一种新型的医用垃圾桶,运用杠杆与齿轮结合的原理,采用脚踩踏板驱动装置将污染的防护服以转动卷入的形式装入垃圾袋中;同时通过加热条对垃圾袋进行封口,阻断了病毒的扩散和污染,方便了医务人员将防护装备装入垃圾桶,减少了需要手动塞入的步骤,降低了与病毒正面接触的概率及职业暴露的风险.该医用垃圾桶设计有独到之处,使用方便,具有较好的临床应用价值,并获得国家实用新型专利(ZL 202020868141.6).Novel Coronavirus(COVID-19)is an emerging infectious disease that is highly contagious and carries a certain risk of death.At the early stage,the infectivity of the novel coronavirus 2019(2019-nCoV)is not clear and the protection awareness and measures are not sufficient.So,the occupational exposure to infectious diseases risk of medical staff is extremely high.In the past two years,with the full understanding of the infectivity and characteristics of the virus,and in the current situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control,more attention should be paid to reducing occupational exposure of medical staff.Therefore,a new type of medical trash bin is designed,which combines the principle of lever and gear and uses pedal driving mechanism to put the contaminated protective clothing into the garbage bag in the form of rotating and involving,Meanwhile,the garbage bag is sealed by heating strip,preventing the spread and pollution of the virus.The medical trash bin can place protective clothing inside the bucket through a driving mechanism,which facilitates the operator to put protective clothing into the trash bin.It reduces the steps that the operator needs to manually put protective clothing into the trash bin and reduces the probability of direct contact between medical staff and virus.So,the risk of occupational exposure is decreased.
