摘　　要：本文介绍1937年上海文献展览会举行的缘起,从展会宗旨及组织方、时间地点、筹备大事记、展品数量类型特色及来源、展品处理和保存、展品陈列和参观及展览后续运作等方面详述展览会的过程,并从增强爱乡爱国感情、地方文献的揭示与保护、文献收藏与利用的关系以及对上海文化的理解四个角度分析展览会的影响。This paper introduces the background of Shanghai Literature Exhibition in 1937,details its specific process from the aspects of objective,organizer,date and venue,chronicles of events in preparation,numbers,types,characteristics and sources of items on display,processing and storage of displayed items,exhibition and follow-up operations.The author also analyzes its influence on enhancing patriotism,protection of local literature,the relationship between literature collection and use,and the understanding of Shanghai culture.
