气体减压器校准装置设计与校准方法研究

摘  要:气体减压器常规校准方法存在人工调节气压值不准确、拆装部件破坏减压器密封性、操作步骤复杂、校准效率低等问题。设计了一款新型气体减压器校准装置。校准装置主标准器为智能压力控制器,主要配套设备包括气压发生器、气体增压器、减压器连接台和带校准软件的上位机。连接台功能齐备、配套接口齐全,操作方便,可实现减压器整体校准。上位机校准软件具有全自动气压控制功能,无需人工手动调压,可帮助校准员快速完成压力表的校准和安全阀检测,提高工作效率。不确定度评定表明,新型减压器校准方法合理,压力表各校准点示值误差的扩展不确定度优于最大允许误差绝对值(MPEV)的三分之一。The conventional calibration method of gas pressure reducer has some problems,such as inaccurate manual adjustment of gad pressure,disassembly and assembly of parts can cause damage to the tightness of pressure reducer,complicated operation steps,low calibration efficiency,etc.A new calibration device was designed for the gas pressure reducer.The master calibrator of the calibration device is the intelligent pressure controller,and the main supporting equipment includes the gas pressure generator,the gas supercharger,the connecting platform of pressure reducer and the upper computer with calibration software.The connecting platform has complete functions,complete supporting interfaces and convenient operation,which can realize the overall calibration of the pressure reducer.The calibration software of the upper computer has the function of automatic gas pressure control,which can help the calibrator to quickly complete the calibration of the pressure gauge and the detection of the safety valve without manual pressure adjustment,thus improving the work efficiency.The evaluation of uncertainty shows that the calibration method of the new pressure reducer is reasonable,and the expanded uncertainty of the indication error of each calibration point of the pressure gauge is better than 1/3 of the Maximum Permissible Error Absolute Value (MPEV).
