放管服改革背景下榆林市营商法治环境优化

摘　　要：近年,随着放管服改革的深入推进,榆林的整体营商环境有所改善,但依然面临创新和人才环境的短板和人文法治环境相对滞后的困境,市场环境和生活环境均有待进一步提升。本文围绕营商环境的内涵,着眼于榆林营商环境的现状,对其存在的主要问题展开分析,并提出了相关建议和未来优化营商法治环境的展望。In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of decentralization,regulation and service,the overall business environment of Yulin has been improved,but it still faces the shortage of innovation and talent environment and the lag of humanistic legal environment.The market environment and living environment need to be further improved.This paper focuses on the current situation of the business environment in Yulin,analyzes the main problems from a personal perspective,and puts forward relevant suggestions and prospects for optimizing the business legal environment in the future.
