新时代纪检监察学话语体系的构建机制——基于中央纪委国家监委工作报告(2013-2022)的话语分析

摘　　要：新时代纪检监察学话语体系是反映中国纪检监察实践、总结纪检监察经验、彰显纪检监察中国智慧和中国特色的系统知识体系。新时代纪检监察学话语的生产主要包含“意识形态话语”“体制机制话语”和“行动话语”等言说对象,话语实践特征为“全面从严治党”引领纪检监察学话语体系实践,权力“监督”是纪检监察学话语体系实践的关键,“三不一体推进”是纪检监察学话语体系实践的三个重点方面。纪检监察学话语体系的构建发展和创新机制主要体现在话语生产环节宏大叙事语境下的国家话语更新和话语实践环节日常行动语境下的体制机制话语创新两个方面。The discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era is a systematic knowl⁃edge system that reflects the practice of discipline inspection and supervision in China,summarizes the experi⁃ence of discipline inspection and supervision,and highlights the Chinese wisdom and characteristics of disci⁃pline inspection and supervision.The production of disciplinary discourse of discipline inspection and supervi⁃sion in the new era mainly includes“ideological discourse”“system and mechanism discourse”and“action dis⁃course”.The discourse practice is characterized by“full and rigorous self-governance”leading the practice of disciplinary discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision.Power“supervision”is the key to the practice of disciplinary discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision,and“three in one promotion”is the key three aspects of the practice of disciplinary discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision.The construction,development and innovation mechanism of the discourse system of discipline inspection and supervision is mainly reflected in the renewal of national discourse in the grand narrative context of discourse production and the innovation of institutional mechanism discourse in the daily action context of discourse practice.
