摘 要:对轧辊主动再制造时机的研究是解决其再制造不确定性问题的有效途径。针对轧钢生产线上各轧辊间面向主动再制造的修磨时机差异性较大、应用时需频繁停机等问题,提出了一种耦合损伤情况下考虑多辊间修磨关系的轧辊主动再制造设计方法。该方法通过工艺参数优化对各轧辊修磨时机进行调控和匹配,以达到在轧机线修磨时机点统一修磨的目的,解决了修磨和再制造时间不确定、频繁停机等问题。以某轧钢生产线的F5精轧机工作辊为对象,结合其工况及损伤特征,利用损伤理论、有限元仿真分析以及回归分析等方法,验证了所提主动再制造设计方法的可行性。The research on the predecisional remanufacturing time of rolls is an effective way to solve the remanufacturing uncertainty problem.Aiming at solving the problems of large variability of regrinding timing among rolls during rolling and the need for frequent stoppages,A design for predecisional remanufacturing of rolls considering inter-roll repair relationship under coupled damage is proposed.The method regulates and matches the roll regrinding timing through process parameter optimization to achieve uniform regrinding at the regrinding time of the rolling mill line,which solves the problems of uncertain regrinding time and frequent shutdown.Taking the work roll of F5 finishing mill of a steel rolling line as the object,the feasibility of the method was verified by damage theory,finite element simulation analysis and regression analysis based on its working condition and damage characteristics.
