摘 要:针对高压降类液压平衡阀在调节过程中出现的内部流动复杂问题,基于计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟分析了其内部流动特性,验证了所设计平衡阀能达到的最大工作流量。搭建液压平衡阀综合试验台,对比分析了进口最大工作压力35MPa,出口最小调定压力1MPa下的被试阀所能达到的最大工作流量,仿真结果与试验结果误差较小。试验验证了被试阀的调压范围及压力稳定性,研究结果为同类平衡阀产品的研发及选型提供了基础与理论支持。Aiming at the complicated internal flow problems of the high-pressure drop hydraulic balance valve during the adjustment process, the internal flow characteristics were analyzed based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation, and the maximum working flow that the designed balance valve can reach was verified.A comprehensive test bench for hydraulic balancing valves was builted to compare and analyze the maximum working flow that can be achieved by balancing valves with a maximum inlet pressure of 35MPa and a minimum outlet pressure of 1MPa. The simulation results and the test results have relatively small errors. The test verifies the pressure regulation range and pressure stability of the tested valve, and the research results provide basic and theoretical support for the development and selection of similar balance valve products.
