摘 要:磷在植物发育中起着至关重要的作用。植物的生理生化过程都离不开磷元素,如能量转化、细胞分裂、生物合成等。植物生长发育过程中吸收磷素主要依赖于土壤,因此磷素不足会严重制约植物光合作用能力、生长发育速度以及抗逆性等。因此,如何提高植物吸收磷素这个问题受到越来越多的关注。近年来,大量研究表明,土壤中存在的解磷菌会增加土壤有效磷含量,同时接种丛枝菌根真菌还可以通过提高宿主植物对土壤磷元素的吸收促进植物的生长发育。了解丛枝菌根真菌介导植物吸收磷元素的机理对研究丛枝菌根真菌在土壤磷循环中的作用具有重要意义,本文对国内外关于丛枝菌根真菌介导植物磷元素吸收的作用机理进行综述,并就将来的研究方向进行了展望。Phosphorus plays a vital role in plant development.The physiological and biochemical processes of the plant are inseparable from phosphorus,such as energy conversion,cell division and biosynthesis.The absorption of phosphorus during plant growth and development mainly depends on soil,so the lack of phosphorus will severely restrict photosynthesis capacity,growth rate and stress resistance of the plant.Therefore,the issue of how to improve phosphorus absorption of the plant has attracted more and more attentions.According to a great quantity of researches in the recent years,the phosphate solubilizing bacteria in soil could increase the available phosphorus content,and inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could increase the absorption of soil phosphorus by host plants,so as to accelerate the growth and development of plants.To know about the phosphorus absorption mechanism of the plant mediated by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has key significance to study their roles in soil phosphorus cycle.In this paper,we summarized the researches on mechanism of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi mediated phosphorus absorption of the plant,and put forward the research directions in the future.
