摘　　要：禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒(Avian reticuloendotheliosis virus,REV)属于反转录病毒科正反转录病毒亚科γ反转录病毒属的一种具有包膜的单股正链RNA病毒。禽感染REV后引发急性网状细胞肿瘤、慢性淋巴肿瘤、矮小综合征等症状,导致鸡群大量死亡或发育不良,严重威胁着我国养禽业的安全。笔者从REV的病原学、流行病学、致病机理与防控方面进行综述,为REV的基础研究及防控提供科学参考。Avian reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV)is an enveloped single-stranded positive RNA virus belonging to the retroviral family,the subfamily of orthoretroviruses,and the genus gamma retrovirus.Poultry infection with REV can cause symptoms such as acute reticuloma,chronic lymphoma,dwarf syndrome,and gastroenteritis,resulting in a large number of death or stunting of the chicken flock,and posing a serious threat to the safety of poultry industry in China.This article reviewed the etiology,epidemiology,pathogenic mechanism and prevention and control of REV,hoping to provide scientific reference for basic research and prevention and control of REV.
