摘 要:为了探究固定化小球藻对鸡场污水中氨氮、硝氮、总磷的去除效果,试验采用分梯度投放固定化小球藻的方法对鸡场污水进行处理,设置6组,分别为不投放固定化小球藻胶球组(CK组)及投放固定化小球藻胶球100粒组(T1组)、300粒组(T2组)、500粒组(T3组)、700粒组(T4组)、1000粒组(T5组),分别使用纳氏试剂分光光度法、紫外分光光度法、钼酸铵分光光度法每2 d对各组水样中氨氮、硝氮、总磷浓度进行检测,同时采用血细胞计数板法与光密度法对胶球中小球藻密度进行检测,探究各个指标在污水处理过程中的变化。结果表明:各组固定化胶球内小球藻生长状况较为良好,呈延缓期(0~2 d)、对数生长期(2~12 d)及衰败期(约10 d之后)趋势,数量级均可达10~8,小球藻密度于8~12 d间达到峰值。T4组的污水处理效果最佳,其藻密度峰值为(6.51×10^(8)±1.45×10^(4))个/mL,对氨氮、硝氮、总磷的去除率分别达到(55.96±0.36)%、(74.95±1.01)%、(54.25±0.50)%。说明在本试验条件下,固定化小球藻去除鸡场污水中氨氮、硝氮、总磷的效果较为良好,投放700粒/L胶球的处理效果最优。In order to explore the removal effect of immobilized Chlorella on ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in chicken farm sewage,immobilized treatment and fractional gradient release of Chlorella were used to treat sewage from chicken farm in the experiments.Six treatment groups were set up,including no release of immobilized Chlorella colloidal balls(CK group)and release 100 immobilized Chlorella colloidal balls(T1 group),release 300 group(T2 group),release 500 group(T3 group),release 700 group(T4 group)and release 1000 group(T5 group).During the test,Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry,ultraviolet spectrophotometry and ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry were used to detect the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in each group,once every other day.At the same time,the density of Chlorella in micelles was detected by blood cell counting plate method and optical density method to explore the changes of each index in the process of sewage treatment.The results showed that the growth of Chlorella in the immobilised spheres was relatively good in all groups,with a trend towards delayed(0-2 d),logarithmic growth(2-12 d)and decay(after 10 d)periods,with an order of magnitude of 10~8,and the density of Chlorella reached the peak between 8-12 days.T4 group had the best sewage treatment effect,and its peak density of algae was(6.51×10^(8)±1.45×10^(4))pieces/mL.The removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in the T4 group reached(55.96±0.36)%,(74.95±1.01)%,(54.25±0.50)%,respectively.The results indicated that the effect of immobilized Chlorella was better in removing ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus from the sewage of chicken farm under the experimental conditions,and the treatment effect of 700 rubber balls was the best.
