一例猫食道异物继发食道穿孔的诊治

摘　　要：1只雄性英国短毛猫因误食竹筷,出现食欲废绝、颈部活动受限及面部神经症状等。为了对该病例进行诊治,采用实验室检查、X射线检查及内窥镜检查的方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:该猫因异物引发食道破裂,进一步引起交感神经受损,并出现霍纳综合征。通过颈部右侧通路的食道修补术进行治疗,预后良好。术后3个月回访,该猫饮食情况正常,创口愈合良好,颈部可正常活动,霍纳综合征消失。说明食道异物继发食道穿孔及时经手术取出异物后对食道穿孔进行修补,可控制并发症,预后良好。A male British Shorthair suffered from loss of appetite,restricted neck movement and facial nerve symptoms,due to eating bamboo chopsticks by mistake.In order to diagnose and treat this case,laboratory examinations,X-ray examinations and endoscopy methods were used for diagnosis,and treatment was carried out according to the diagnosis results.The results showed that the cat’s esophagus was ruptured due to a foreign body,which further caused sympathetic nerve damage and Horner’s syndrome.The esophagus repair was performed through the right access of the neck,and the prognosis was good.At the follow-up visit 3 months after the operation,the cat’s diet was normal;the wound healed well;the neck could move normally,and Horner’s syndrome disappeared.The results suggested that esophageal foreign body with a secondary esophageal perforation could be timely treated by surgical removal of foreign body and repair of esophageal perforation,which could control the complications and had a good prognosis.
