摘　　要：为用户提供优质服务是高校图书馆的生存本质。采用知识图谱的研究方法,以CNKI数据库中收录的北大核心和CSSCI期刊的3240篇文献为研究对象,借助可视化工具VOSviewer和CiteSpace,以动态视角对高校图书馆用户服务领域的学术成果进行了整理分析,并以数据可视化的方式解读了领域内的知识结构、理论演化和研究热点,为科研人员确定未来研究方向和研究重点提供参考。It is the survival essence of university library to provide high quality service for users.Adopting the research method of knowledge graph,taking 3240 papers of Peking University core journals and CSSCI journals included in CNKI database as the research objects,and with the help of visualization tools of VOSviewer and CiteSpacea,this paper analyzes the academic achievements in the user service field of university library from a dynamic perspective,and interprets the knowledge structure,theoretical evolution and research hotspots in this field by using the data visualization,in order to provide a reference for scientific researchers to determine the directions and focus of their future researches.
