支持语义发现的集成知识组织体系研究

摘　　要：知识组织体系是信息资源语义发现和知识组织的关键基础设施。从国内外知识组织体系建设现状和应用需求出发,提出了建设我国集成知识组织体系的目标和建设思路,以及详细的集成知识组织体系的框架和组成成分,指出集成知识组织体系的核心是概念网络和术语网络,设计了详细的概念网络和数据网络的数据模型,探讨了集成知识组织体系建设中的维护、发展及知识产权等关键问题,并分析了集成知识组织体系在支持语义知识发现、自动标引、概念识别等方面的应用前景。Knowledge organization system(KOS)is the key infrastructure for semantic discovery and knowledge organization of information resources.Based on the present situation and application demand of KOS at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the goal and construction idea of KOS in China and the framework and components of the integrated knowledge organization system(iKOS),points out that the core of iKOS is concept network and term network,designs a detailed data model of conceptual network and data network,discusses the maintenance,development,intellectual property and other key issues in the construction of iKOS,and analyzes the application prospects of iKOS in semantic knowledge discovery,automatic indexing,concept recognition and so on.
