摘 要:提出一种高效的复杂花纹轮胎有限元网格划分方法。基于MATLAB开发胎面轮廓轴向映射程序,依据保角映射原理将曲面形态的胎面转换为平面,在CATIA软件中根据花纹平面展开图剖切花纹,使用ABAQUS/CAE软件根据节距模型的结构特征进行分区,实现自动划分形状规则的六面体网格。开发轴向和周向还原计算程序将单个节距花纹模型进行几何还原后,根据节距排列规则实现整个轮胎花纹节距网格的自动排序。结果表明,通过程序将胎面外表面转换为平面,采用多软件组合方法可大幅提升复杂花纹剖切效率和六面体网格划分效率。An efficient finite element meshing method of complex pattern tire is proposed.The tread profile axial mapping program is developed based on MATLAB,and the surface form of the tread is converted into a plane based on the principle of conformal mapping.In the CATIA software,we cut the pattern according to the pattern drawing,and use ABAQUS/CAE software to partition according to the structural features on the pitch model plane,to realize automatic division of hexahedral meshing with regular shapes.After developing the axial and circumferential restoration calculation program to geometrically restore every single pitch pattern model,the entire tire pattern grid is automatically sorted according to the pitch arrangement rules.The results show that by converting the outer surface of the tread into a plane through programs,the multi-software combination method can greatly improve the efficiency of complex pattern cutting and hexahedral meshing.
