摘 要:为了选出最优的绿色工艺方案,必须对产品加工过程的资源环境属性进行分析和评价,为此提出一种新的资源环境属性评价方法。首先,建立了资源环境属性评价指标体系;其次,采用熵权法确定指标的权重,并将熵权法与灰色关联分析法结合,建立了基于熵权灰色关联法的加工过程资源环境属性评价模型;最后,以联接套的3种机械加工工艺方案为例,验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。In order to select the best green process scheme,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the resource and environment attributes of the product processing process.Therefore,a new evaluation method of resource and environment attributes is proposed.Firstly,the evaluation index system of resources and environment attributes is established.Secondly,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the indicators,and the entropy weight method is combined with the grey correlation analysis method to establish an evaluation model of the resource and environment attributes of the machining process based on the entropy weight grey correlation method.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by taking three machining process schemes of the coupling sleeve as examples.
