摘 要:简述了刀鲚仔鱼天然饵料的选择以及饵料动物枝角类的选定与培育技术。指出,为破解刀鲚野生资源日渐紧缩的窘迫局面,进行规模化的刀鲚人工繁育,对刀鲚仔鱼苗种适口饲养饵料的选择是其中的重中之重。提出,对枝角类种源采集、扩大培养、捕捞投喂、制备产品等进行研究,对于解决刀鲚仔鱼养殖困难的问题具有重要意义。The selection of natural feed for Coilia nasus larvae, the selection and breeding technology of the feed animal Cladocera were briefly introduced in this paper. It was pointed out that in order to solve the situation of shrinking wild resources of Coilia nasus in the Yangtze River, artificial breeding of Coilia nasus was carried out on a large scale, and the selection of appropriate feed for the larvae of Coilia nasus was the most important one. It was suggested that the research on Cladocera provenance collection, expansion of culture, fishing, feeding and product preparation would be of great significance to solve the problems of Coilia nasus larvae cultivation.
