摘　　要：利益是现代政治的运行根基。人民利益与马克思主义政党的价值追求天然地契合在一起,主要表现在人民利益是马克思主义政党的最高原则、中国共产党高擎保护人民利益的大旗、实现人民利益是党和国家工作的根本出发点三大方面。人民事业与中国特色社会主义的价值追求同样天然地契合在一起,主要表现在人民事业是人民需求、人民利益和人民意志有机统一的具体体现、中国共产党是领导和实现人民事业的“主心骨”、人民事业在中国特色社会主义事业中不断得到有效推进和发展三大方面。人民利益与人民事业的有机统一,有赖于中国共产党领导地位的确立与中国特色社会主义道路的开辟,其根本原因在于前者为人民利益和人民事业的有机实现提供根本政治前提和制度基础,后者为人民利益和人民事业的有机实现提供新型发展空间和发展动力。人民利益与人民事业有机统一于中国共产党领导的新时代中国特色社会主义历史伟业中,体现了中国共产党的治国理政事业“始终把人民放在心上”的根本价值追求。Interest is the foundation of modern politics.The interests of the people and the value pursuit of Marxist parties naturally fit together,mainly reflected in three aspects:the interests of the people is the highest principle of Marxist parties,the CPC holds high the banner of protecting the interests of the people,and the realization of the interests of the people is the fundamental starting point of the work of the Party and the State.People’s Undertakings and the value pursuit of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics fit together in the same natural way,mainly reflected in three aspects:people’s undertakings is the combination of people’s demands,people’s interests and people’s wills,the Communist Party of China is the“backbone”of leadership of people’s undertakings,people’s undertakings is being realized in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The organic unity of people’s interests and people’s undertakings depends on the establishment of the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the opening of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the fundamental reason is that the former provides the main political prerequisite and institutional basis for the organic realization of the people’s interests and the people’s undertakings,the latter provides new development space and development power for the organic realization of the people’s interests and the people’s undertakings.The people’s interests and the people’s undertakings are organically integrated in the great historic cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,which embodies the fundamental value pursuit of“Always Putting the People in the Heart”in the cause of governance of the Communist Party of China.
