摘  要:为了研究不同盐浓度胁迫下内生真菌对宿主布顿大麦生长、光合色素和纤维素的影响,试验用不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理分蘖期带有内生真菌(E+)和不带内生真菌(E-)的布顿大麦4周后,测定各处理组(对照组、100 mmol/L组、200 mmol/L组、300 mmol/L组)布顿大麦的株高、分蘖数和光合色素、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量。结果表明:各组E+植株的分蘖数显著高于E-植株(P<0.05),对照组、100 mmol/L组、200 mmol/L组中E+植株的株高显著低于E-植株,300 mmol/L组E+植株与E-植株的株高差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组E+植株的光合色素含量高于E-植株,300 mmol/L组E+植株的光合色素含量显著高于E-植株(P<0.05)。随着NaCl浓度的升高分蘖期布顿大麦纤维素含量逐渐下降,E+和E-植株的ADF含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但300 mmol/L组E+植株的NDF含量显著高于E-(P<0.05)。随着盐浓度升高,布顿大麦的分蘖数逐渐减少,株高和纤维素含量逐渐降低,光合色素含量呈现先降低后升高趋势。说明内生真菌可通过改变宿主植株的分蘖数、株高、光合色素含量和纤维素含量来提高宿主对盐环境的适应性。In order to study the effects of Epichloëendophytic on the growth,photosynthetic pigments and cellulose of Hordeum bogdanii under different concentrations of salt stress,the Hordeum bogdanii with Epichloëendophytic(E+)and without Epichloëendophytic(E-)at tillering stage were treated with different concentrations of NaCl stress for 4 weeks.The plant height,tiller number,photosynthetic pigments,neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in each group(control group,100 mmol/L group,200 mmol/L group,300 mmol/L group)were determined.The results showed that the tiller number of E+plants in all groups was significantly higher than that of E-plants(P<0.05),the plant height of E+plants in control group,100 mmol/L group and 200 mmol/L group was significantly lower than that of E-plants,and there was no significant difference in plant height between E+plants and E-plants in 300 mmol/L group(P>0.05).The photosynthetic pigment content in E+plants in each group was higher than that in E-plants,and that in 300 mmol/L group was significantly higher than that in E-plants(P<0.05).With the increase of NaCl concentration,cellulose content decreased gradually at tillering stage,ADF content of E+and E-plants had no significant difference(P>0.05),but NDF content of E+plants in 300 mmol/L group was significantly higher than that of E-plants(P<0.05).With the increase of salt concentration,tiller number,plant height and cellulose content of Hordeum bogdanii decreased gradually,and photosynthetic pigment content decreased at first and then increased.These results indicated that Epichloëendophytic could improve the adaptability of hosts to salt environment by changing the tiller number,plant height,photosynthetic pigment content and cellulose content of host plants.
