摘 要:为了研究不同稀释粉对在常温状态下保存的大白猪、长白猪和杜洛克猪精液的影响,试验用市场上常见的3种精液稀释粉制成稀释液稀释的精液作为3个试验组,并以生理盐水稀释的精液作为对照组,采用CASA系统检测稀释后10 d内的精子活力和畸形率指标,对稀释粉进行模拟运输试验,采用重复度量观察值方差分析方法对精液质量指标进行检测。结果表明:所选的稀释粉对公猪精液均具有良好的保存效果,3种稀释粉对各品种猪精液的保存时长都在5 d以上;3种稀释粉对杜洛克猪精液都具有良好保存效果,精子活力和畸形率均差异不显著(P>0.05);在大白猪和长白猪精液的保存中,稀释粉A和稀释粉B保存效果更佳,活力大于70%的精子的有效存活时间更长,在第7~10天精子活力和畸形率与稀释粉C比较差异显著(P<0.05);在模拟运输试验中,稀释粉A的保存效果更佳,其精子存活时间长、活力高、运输稳定性较好。说明3种稀释粉对猪精液的常温保存效果均较好,均可在生产中应用,其中稀释粉A的保存效果更佳。In order to study the effects of different extenders on the semen of Yorkshire pigs,Landrace pigs and Duroc pigs preserved at room temperature,three common semen dilution powders in the market were selected to dilute the semen of the pigs in three experimental groups,and normal saline was used as the control group.CASA system was used to detect the sperm motility and sperm abnormality rate within 10 days after dilution.The dilution powder was simulated by transportation test,and the semen quality indexes were studied by variance analysis of repeated measurement observations.The results showed that the selected extenders had good preservation effect on boar semen,and the preservation time of the three extenders for each variety of pig semen was more than 5 days.The three dilution powders had good preservation effect on the semen of Duroc pig,and there was no significant difference in sperm motility and sperm abnormality rate(P>0.05).In the preservation of Yorkshire and Landrace pigs semen,extender A and B had better preservation effect;the sperm with sperm motility greater than 0.7 had longer preservation time,and the sperm motility and malformation rate from the 7th to 10th day were significantly different from that of dilution powder C(P<0.05).In the simulated transport test,the preservation effect of extender A was better,and its sperm motility had a long survival time,high vitality and good transport stability.The results indicated that the three extenders had good preservation effects on pig semen at room temperature,and could be used in production.Among them,extender A had a better preservation effect.
