摘 要:目的分析银川市公园土壤中多环芳烃(PAHs)的污染特征及来源,并进行生态风险评价。方法采集16个公园土壤样品,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定16种优先控制PAHs的含量,分析PAHs的组成,运用正定矩阵因子分解模型对土壤中PAHs进行来源解析,利用物种敏感度分布法(SSD)估算银川市公园土壤中PAHs的HC值(5%物种的危险浓度)。结果公园土壤样品中16种多环芳烃,ΣPAHs的浓度范围为471.71~718.12 ng/g,PAHs的平均浓度为580.83 ng/g,强致癌物Bap的含量在0~0.68 ng/g范围,PAHs的组成中3环和5环含量最高,低碳环平均值为54.64%,高碳环平均值为45.36%。来源解析结果表明其PAHs的主要来源为燃烧源及交通污染源。计算得到的16个采样点的PAHs的风险熵(RQ)值来表征PAHs在土壤的生态风险,该值在0.417~0.634之间。结论银川市公园土壤中多环芳烃存在中等生态风险,多环芳烃的污染可能会引起不同程度的健康风险,人群暴露的控制对健康保护具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the pollution,distribution and sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in the soil of Yinchuan parks,and to conduct ecological risk assessments of PAHs in the soil.Methods Mathematical statistics analysis was used in this study.A total of 16 Soil samples were collected from parks in Yinchuan City,sixteen species of PAHs were analyzed by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),source identification of PAHs were investigated by EPA Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF),the HCvalue of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in park soil of Yinchuan City(dangerous concentration of 5%species)was estimated by species sensitivity distribution method(SSD).Results The results showed that the total content of 16 PAHs in soil of parks in Yinchuan City was 471.71-718.12 ng/g,with an average of 580.83 ng/g,the content of strong carcinogen Bap was 0-0.68 ng/g.The composition of PAHs was mainly 3 rings and 5 rings,the average low-carbon ring was 54.64%and the average high-carbon ring was 45.36%.Source analysis showed that the main sources of PAHs in soil in Yinchuan parks were combustion and traffic pollution source.The calculated risk entropy(RQ)of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons at 16 sampling points was used to characterize the ecological risk of PAHs in soil,whichwas between 0.417-0.634.Conclusion Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil of Yinchuan parks have a moderate ecological risk.The pollution of PAHs in the surface soil may cause a certain degree of health risks.Controlling population exposure is an important reminder for health protection.
