摘　　要：目的通过计算我国2019年各省份居民健康水平和区域经济发展水平的综合水平以及耦合度和协调度,探讨居民健康状况和经济发展水平之间的影响关系,分析各省份居民健康水平和区域经济发展的协调性和地区差异性,旨在为各区域居民健康水平和经济协调发展提供参考建议。方法利用熵权法计算指标权重,综合水平指数计算子系统的综合水平,并引入耦合理论构建耦合协调发展模型,计算各省份之间居民健康水平和经济发展水平的耦合度和协调度。结果我国各省份耦合度均值为0.80,耦合协调度均值为0.55;从东中西区域上来看,东部地区(0.69)耦合协调状态最好,处于初级协调状态,中部地区(0.54)和西部地区(0.43)分别处于勉强协调和中级失调类,七大区域间和区域内存在差异。经综合水平指数计算,我国仅有6个地区为健康水平滞后型,其他25个地区均为区域经济滞后型。结论从整体上看,我国居民健康水平和区域经济发展之间相互影响程度较高,但整体耦合协调性不高,同时我国大部分地区居民健康水平超前于区域经济发展水平,需整体提升各区域健康水平和经济发展水平的协调性。从区域上来看,我国居民健康水平和区域经济发展水平耦合协调性地区间和地区内差异较大,需重点关注低协调度地区和区域内差异大地区。Objective To explore the impact relationship and to analyze the coordination and regional differences between residents’health status and regional economic development level in various provinces,so as to provide reference and suggestions by calculating the comprehensive level,coupling degree and coordination degree of the relevant data in China in 2019.Methods The entropy weight method was used to calculate the index weight,the comprehensive level index was used to calculate the comprehensive level of the subsystem,and the coupling coordinated development model was constructed by introducing the coupling theory to calculate the coupling degree and coordination degree of residents’health level and economic development level among provinces.Results The mean value of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each province in China were 0.80 and 0.55 respectively.From the perspective of Eastern,central and western regions,the coupling coordination state of the eastern region(0.69)was the best,which was in the primary coordination state,the central region(0.54)and the western region(0.43)were in the category of reluctant coordination and intermediate imbalance respectively,and there were differences among the seven regions and regions.According to the calculation of comprehensive level index,only 6 regions in China were lagging behind in health level,and the other 25 regions were lagging behind in regional economy.Conclusion On the whole,there is a high degree of interaction between residents’health level and regional economic development,but the overall coupling coordination is not high.At the same time,residents’health level in most areas of China is ahead of regional economic development level,so it is necessary to improve the coordination of regional health level and economic development level.From a regional perspective,there are great differences between and within regions in the coupling and coordination of residents’health level and regional economic development level in China,so it is nece
