摘  要:目的建立尿中丙酮、二氯甲烷、甲乙酮、1-溴丙烷、甲基异丁基甲酮的顶空气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法尿样经顶空自动进样器进样,气相色谱柱分离,质谱检测器检测。结果本方法测定尿中各组分在各浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9991~0.9996,各组分检出限分别为0.40 mg/L、0.60μg/L、0.02 mg/L、0.09μg/L、0.01 mg/L,方法精密度为1.8%~4.9%,样品加标回收率为96.9%~104.5%。结论本方法检出限低,准确度、精密度高,样品前处理简单,适用于尿中该5种生物监测指标的同时测定。Objective To establish a head-space gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)for the determination of acetone,dichloromethane,methyl ethyl ketone,1-bromopropane,and methyl isobutyl ketone in urine.Methods Head-space gases of urine samples were injected into GC by automatic headspace sampler and detected by mass spectrometer.Results Within the linear ranges,the correlation coefficients were between 0.9991 and 0.9996.The detection limits were 0.4 mg/L,0.6μg/L,0.02 mg/L,0.09μg/L,0.01 mg/L.The precisions were between 1.8%and 4.9%,and the recovery rates were between 96.9%and 104.5%.Conclusion The method has low detection limits,high accuracy,high precision and simple pretreatment,which is suitable for the determination of the 5 biological monitoring indicators in urine.
