摘　　要：硒是人体必需微量元素,在维持细胞氧化还原平衡、免疫、发育、生殖健康、甲状腺激素代谢和认知功能等方面具有重要作用。大脑中硒的代谢机制与硒蛋白的功能得到深入研究,但缺硒与认知功能的关系以及硒对认知功能障碍的调控作用迄今尚无全面系统的总结。本文首次综述缺硒大鼠模型的构建方法及其在认知功能中的应用,以及硒在认知功能障碍中的应用进展,旨在为硒与认知功能的深入研究提供参考。Selenium,a human essential trace element,plays an important role in maintaining cellular redox balance,immunity,development,reproductive health,thyroid hormone metabolism and cognitive functions.The metabolic mechanism of selenium in the brain and the function of selenoproteins have been summarized.However,the effects of selenium and selenium deficiency on cognitive function are not available.For the first time,this view summarizes the construction methodology of selenium-deficient rat model and its applications in cognitive function,as well as research advances in cognitive dysfunction,aiming to provide a valuable reference for the further investigation of selenium and cognitive function.
