摘 要:为拓宽氧化石墨烯(GO)光化学传感检测金属离子的方法,以石墨和巯基乙醇为主要原料制备了高荧光强度巯基化氧化石墨烯(GO-SH)。红外、紫外和XRD分析表明成功地制备了片层厚度更薄的巯基化GO,GO-SH的荧光强度高于GO,且其仅在502.9nm处存在单一荧光峰。通过分子荧光光谱仪研究了GO-SH与金属离子的相互作用行为,结果表明,GO-SH对Hg^(2+)具有单一识别性;Hg^(2+)对GO-SH荧光有显著猝灭作用且使GO-SH光谱峰发生显著位移。建立了灵敏度高、选择性好的GO-SH荧光光化学传感检测Hg^(2+)的方法,在Hg^(2+)浓度为5×10^(-4)~5×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1),其线性方程为:y=81.05502 x+4.8508,其中判定系数(R^(2))=0.998,检出限为1.840×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)。GO-SH对实际水样中Hg^(2+)检测回收率为99.834%~100.030%,相对标准偏差为0.631~0.718,表明其具有较好的应用效果。To broaden the photochemical detection method of graphene oxide(GO)to metal ion,thiol-modified graphene oxide(GO-SH)composite with high fluorescence intensity was prepared by using graphite and mercapto alcohol as raw materials.Infrared,UV/Vis spectrscopy and X-ray diffraction pattern analysis showed that GO-SH with small lamellar thickness was prepared successfully,and the fluorescence intensity of GO-SH was higher than that of GO,and it had a single fluorescence peak only at 502.9 nm.The interaction between GO-SH and metal ions was studied by molecular fluorescence spectrometer.The results showed that GO-SH had a single identity to Hg^(2+),and Hg^(2+)had a significant quenching effect on the fluorescence of GO-SH and made the peak shift significantly.Finally,a new method of GO-SH fluorescence photochemical detection to Hg^(2+)with high sensitivity and selectivity was established.When Hg^(2+)concentration was 5×10^(-4)~5×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1),its linear equation was:y=81.05502x+4.8508,in which determination coefficient(R^(2))=0.99835 and the detection limit was 1.54×10^(-12) mol·L^(-1).The percent recovery of Hg^(2+)in aqueous samples by GO-SH was in the range of 99.834%~100.030%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.631-0.718,which indicated that it had a good application.
