摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了三种纳米TiO_(2)粉末,采用X衍射仪、氮气等温吸附仪、红外光谱仪、综合热分析仪、紫外可见光分光光度计对样品进行了表征。结果表明,三种纳米TiO_(2)粉末均为锐钛晶型,晶粒尺寸为20 nm,比表面积均>80 m^(2)/g。紫外光线照射120 min时,三种粉末对罗丹明B溶液的光催化降解率均>90.0%,照射时间达180 min时,降解率均>99.5%,而商品级P25纳米TiO_(2)粉末对罗丹明B溶液的降解率较低,120和180 min时的光催化降解率仅为37.1%和69.0%。Three kinds of nano-TiO_(2)powders were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source.Their properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction,nitrogen isothermal adsorption,infra-red spectroscopy,thermal analysis and UV/Vis.The results showed that the crystal phase of obtained nano-TiO_(2)powders are all anatase structure.The crystal size and specific surface area are about 20 nm and 80 m^(2)/g,respectively.Under UV,the powders have excellent photocatalytic degradation performance.The degradation rate of rhodamine B solution was above 90.0% after 120 min,and over 99.5% after 180 min.However,the result of commercial grade P25 nano-TiO_(2)powder for rhodamine B solution was very low,and the photocatalytic degradation rate at 120 and 180 min was only about 37.1% and 69.0%,respectively.
