摘 要:跳台滑雪是冬奥会雪上比赛项目之一,研究其训练理论和科学训练实践的前沿信息,为备战北京冬奥会提供理论参考。我国跳台滑雪项目起步较晚,发展速度相对缓慢,与世界跳台滑雪先进国家相比仍处于落后水平。采用荟萃分析的方法,对近些年来国内外跳台滑雪技术研究的方法、技术动作的运动生物力学特征进行分析。从研究方法上看,有对自我效能感、流动性、正负影响、焦虑与跳台滑雪成绩关系的心理问卷,以及年龄特征的定性方法研究;也有使用大范围摄影测量、力传感器与遥控测量、足底压力和肌电图、风洞实验与计算机建模和模拟研究等定量方法的研究。对跳台滑雪技术动作的运动生物研究主要表现为对跳台滑雪整套动作的助滑、起跳、飞行和着陆四个阶段的运动学、动力学特征的描述。Ski jumping is one of the snow sports events in the Winter Olympics.The cutting-edge information of its training theory and scientific training practice is studied to provide a theoretical reference for preparing for the Beijing Winter Olympics.The ski jumping project in my country started late,and the development speed is relatively slow.Compared with the advanced ski jumping countries in the world,it is still at a backward level.The method of metaanalysis was used to analyze the methods of ski jumping technology research at home and abroad in recent years,and the sports biomechanical characteristics of technical movements.From the perspective of research methods,there are qualitative methods research on self-efficacy,mobility,positive and negative effects,psychological questionnaires on the relationship between anxiety and ski jumping performance,and age characteristics;there are also large-scale photogrammetry,force sensor and remote measurement,foot Research on quantitative methods such as bottom pressure and electromyography,wind tunnel experiments and computer modeling and simulation studies.Sports biology research on ski jumping technical movements is mainly manifested in the description of the kinematics and dynamics of the four stages of ski jumping,take-off,flight and landing.
