摘　　要：基于H-O-S发展模型,研究我国冰雪资源的优化、开发与整合策略,缩小与世界冰雪体育强国的差距。通过梳理我国冰雪竞技体育的资源,构建我国冰雪竞技体育中的H-O-S模型。从场馆资源、社会资源、技术资源提出深化冰雪场馆资源改革,促进协同合作;充分调动社会资源,优化社会资源利用率;优化政府资源,深化改革,突出冰雪项目协会在冰雪竞技体育发展中的作用等,推行优化我国冰雪竞技体育的措施。Based on the H-O-S development model,the optimization,development and integration strategy of China's ice and snow resources is studied,and the gap with the world's ice and snow sports powers is narrowed.By sorting out the resources of China's ice and snow sports,the H-O-S model in China's ice and snow sports is constructed.From venue resources,social resources,and technical resources,it is proposed to deepen the reform of ice and snow venue resources and promote synergy and cooperation;Fully mobilize social resources and optimize the utilization rate of social resources;Optimize government resources,deepen reform,highlight the role of ice and snow project associations in the development of ice and snow sports and other measures to optimize China's ice and snow sports.
