摘　　要：新时期,坚持创新和改革发展是黑龙江省高校体育教学的主旋律。新兴的体育课程发展不仅能够满足高校体育育人目标和学生个性化需求,还有利于各类体育项目人才的培养和储备。在我国高校体育事业飞速发展的背景下,探索冬季特色新兴的体育课程,对于我国黑龙江省高校的特色发展具有重要意义。分析黑龙江省高校冬季特色新兴体育课程开设的制约因素和优势条件,对新兴体育课程的可行性进行研究,为丰富黑龙江省高校体育课程提供参考。Adhering to innovation and reform is the main theme of physical education teaching in Heilongjiang province in the new period.The emerging development of physical education courses can not only meet the educational goals of colleges and universities'physical education and the personalized needs of students,but be conducive to the training and reserve of all kinds of sports talents.Under the background of the rapid development of physical education in universities in China,it is of great significance to explore the emerging sports courses in winter for the characteristic development of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province in China.This paper analyzes the restrictive factors and advantages of winter characteristic emerging physical education courses in Heilongjiang Province,studies the feasibility of emerging physical education courses,and provides reference for enriching the physical education courses in universities in Heilongjiang Province.
