摘　　要：以“一带一路”倡议为时代背景,研究中俄大众冰雪运动文化交流与深化合作的途径。梳理中俄大众冰雪运动文化发展现状,分析中俄大众冰雪运动文化合作的必然性和多样性,通过完善中俄文化合作机制,营造中俄冰雪文化合作氛围;挖掘中俄冰雪运动文化内涵,推动中俄文化合作便利政策;培育多元冰雪运动文化产品,拓展中俄文化合作渠道;增大宣传力度,提升中俄冰雪运动文化合作形象。借助“一带一路”的良好发展契机,提升中俄大众冰雪运动文化交流与深化合作的广度与深度。This research takes Belt and Road Initiative as the background of the times,and the deepening of Sino-Russian mass ice sports cultural cooperation as the research object,adopt literature method,expert interview method and logical analysis method,etc,through combing the status quo of Chinese and Russian mass ice sports cultural development,and analyzing the inevitability and diversity of Chinese and Russian mass ice sports cultural cooperation,explore ways to deepen Sino-Russian mass ice sports cultural cooperation.Research indicates:Improve the Sino-Russian cultural cooperation mechanism and create a Sino-Russian ice and snow cultural cooperation atmosphere;Exploring the cultural connotation of Sino-Russian ice and snow sports and promoting the policy of facilitation of Sino-Russian cultural cooperation;Cultivate diversified ice and snow sports cultural products and expand channels for Sino-Russian cultural cooperation.Take advantage of the good development opportunity of"the Belt and Road",Increase publicity and enhance the image of Sino-Russian ice and snow sports cultural cooperation.
