摘　　要：报告1例伴发溃疡的持久性隆起性红斑。患者男,59岁。全身反复结节、斑块伴溃疡15年。皮损组织病理检查示浅表糜烂结痂,部分表皮缺失,真皮上部明显水肿,血管周围及胶原束间可见大量中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,血管内皮细胞肿胀,明显核碎裂。诊断:持久性隆起性红斑。A case of erythema elevatum diutinum with ulcer is reported. A 59-year-old man presented with recurrent nodules and plaques with ulcers scattered over the whole body for 15 years. A biopsy specimen revealed a superficial epidermal erosion with inflammatory crust and focal loss of the epidermis. The upper dermis showed prominent edema. A dense inflammatory infiltrate composed of neutrophils and lymphocytes was seen around the blood vessels and in between the collagen bundles. The vessels were lined with swollen endothelial cells. Numerous nuclear debris were noted in the surrounding dermis. A diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was made.
