摘 要:建立了同时测定酒店用纺织品中8种常用荧光增白剂(FWAs)的高效液相色谱荧光法(HPLC-FLD)。该方法采用体积比为7∶3的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)∶水为萃取溶剂,50℃超声萃取20 min,反复2次,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Phenyl柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离色谱柱,20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液、乙腈、甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,有效分离8种FWAs。试验结果表明:8种FWAs在各自浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(R^(2)≥0.999 6),方法的检出限为0.06~3.60 mg/kg,定量限为0.2~12.0 mg/kg,平均加标回收率在84.5%~109.3%,平均标准偏差在0.4%~7.8%。该方法简洁有效、准确灵敏,适用于酒店用纺织品中8种FWAs的检测。A method is developed for the determination of eight commonly used fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs) in hotel textiles by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD).The sample is extracted with dimethylformamide(DMF)/water system(7∶3, volume ratio) by ultrasonic extraction for 20 min under 50 ℃ water bath, repeated twice. The separation is performed on an ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Phenyl column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution, acetonitrile and methanol as mobile phases, and eight FWAs are effectively separated. The results show that the method has good linear relationship for the eight FWAs in their concentration range respectively(R^(2)≥0.999 6), and the method detection limits are in 0.06-3.60 mg/kg, the method quantization limits are in 0.2-12.0 mg/kg. The average recovery of FWAs is 84.5%-109.3%, and the average standard deviation is 0.4%-7.8%. The method is simple, effective, accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of the eight FWAs in hotel textiles.
