摘  要:为评价超大粒径沥青混合料(SLSM)路用性能,设计了SLSM-40混合料,并分别从沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性三个方面,分析了超大粒径沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:在不同轮胎接触压强和不同温度条件下,SLSM-40混凝土有较好的抗高温车辙性能,随着轮胎接触压强增大和沥青用量的增加,混合料高温稳定性能降低;混合料的低温抗裂性与沥青用量有一定关系,随着沥青用量增加,抗弯拉强度增大,低温抗裂性能提高;通过冻融劈裂和真空饱水马歇尔试验的对比,认为采用冻融劈裂试验评价其低温抗裂性能更符合工程实际。In order to evaluate the large size asphalt mixture(SLSM)road performance,analysis of the large size asphalt mixture of road performance from the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture,low temperature crack resistance and water stability,etc of SLSM-40 mixture.The results showed that under the condition of different tire contact pressure and temperature,SLSM-40 concrete has good high temperature rutting resistance.With the increase of tire contact pressure increase and asphalt content,stability of mixture at high temperature declines.The low temperature crack resistance of asphalt dosage and the mixture and asphalt content has a certain relationship,the bending tensile strength increase and low temperature crack resistance improved with asphalt content increased.Through the comparison of freezing-thaw splitting and vacuum water-filled Marshall test,it is considered that the low-temperature cracking resistance test evaluation is more consistent with the engineering practice.
