摘　　要：山东省通用航空产业庞大,然而飞行服务保障体系建设却相对落后,为有效提升服务保障能力,促进通航发展,助力经济增长,在分析山东省现有通航运行保障情况的基础上,提出构建通用航空飞行保障体系相关建议。General aviation industry is large in Shandong province,but the construction of flight service guarantee system is relatively backward.In order to improve the service guarantee capacity effectively,promote the development of general aviation and boost economic growth,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of general aviation flight guarantee system based on the analysis of the current general aviation operation guarantee situation in Shandong province.
