摘　　要：Chiari畸形1型(CM1)是一种罕见疾病,目前仍缺乏一致的分类和治疗标准。2019年,34位来自欧洲的国际专家就儿童CM1的定义、诊断及治疗等问题达成共识,旨在规范儿童CM1的临床诊疗。笔者现以近年来国际研究成果为基础,对该国际专家共识进行解读,以期为儿童CM1的临床精准评估及个体化治疗提供参考。Chiari malformation type 1(CM1)is a rare condition where agreed classification and treatment are still missing.In 2019,34 international experts from Europe achieved a consensus on the definition,diagnosis,and treatment of CM1 in children,aiming to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CM1 in children.Now the consensus is interpreted based on recent international research achievements,aiming to provide references for accurate clinical assessment and individualized treatment of CM1 in children.
