摘  要:任何组织的治理都存在着一定的治理逻辑,高等学校内部治理亦是如此。学术治理是高等学校治理体系的重要组成部分,也是高等学校之所以为高等学校的基石。良性学术治理必须遵循高等学校学术成长所需要的内在逻辑,即必须坚持学术权力章程授权、学术治理组织体系化独立化、学术治理组织成员多元化、学术治理程序复杂性、学术事务决策民主协商与尊重学术权威相结合以及学术治理行为自律性。科学合理的基本逻辑无疑为学术治理机制及保障措施的设计提供了基本的遵循,从而才能不断地提高高等学校自身的学术治理体系和治理能力现代化的水平。There is a certain logic for the governance of any organization,and it is the same with the internal governance of higher education institutions. Academic governance is an important part of the governance system in higher education institutions,and a cornerstone laid for why higher education institutions become themselves. Benign academic governance must follow the internal logic required by the academic growth of higher education institutions. That is,we are supposed to adhere to the university constitution-authorized academic power, a systematized and independent organization for academic governance,diversified members of the organization,a complex procedure for academic governance,the integration of democratic consultation and respect for academic authority during decision-making in academic affairs,and self-disciplined behavior of academic governance. Undoubtedly,the scientific and reasonable basic logic provides the fundamental basis for the establishment of the mechanism and safeguard for academic governance,thus helping to improve the modernization of the system and capacity for academic governance in higher education institutions.
