摘  要:通过熔融共混的方式制备嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PPB)和无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)共混材料。研究PPB和PPR相对含量对共混材料的加工性能、结晶性能、动态热力学性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PPB含量的增加,共混材料的熔体流动速率升高,加工流动性得到提高。共混材料只有一个玻璃化转变温度,且结晶温度和熔融温度与PPB含量呈线性关系,说明PPB与PPR具有较好的相容性。随着PPB含量的增加,共混材料的低温损耗峰强度增加,球晶尺寸变小,常温和低温冲击强度增加。PPB含量为50份时,在-40℃附近出现明显的低温损耗峰,常温和低温冲击强度较纯PPR分别提升98.5%和48.2%。PPB含量为10份时,共混材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量较纯PPR分别降低18.9%和18.8%;PPB含量超过50份时,共混材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量高于纯PPR。Polypropylene block copolymer(PPB) and polypropylene random copolymer(PPR) blends were prepared by melt blending. The effects of the relative content of PPB and PPR on the processing properties, crystallization properties,dynamic thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of the blends were studied. The results show that with the increasing of PPB content, the melt flow rate of the blends increases, and the processing fluidity improves. The blends have only one glass transition temperature, and the crystallization temperature and melting temperature have a linear relationship with the content of PPB, indicating that PPB and PPR have good compatibility. With the increasing of PPB content, the low-temperature loss peak strength of the blends increases, the spherulite size decreases, and the impact strength at room temperature and low temperature increases. When the content of PPB is 50 phr, there is an obvious low temperature loss peak near-40 ℃, and the impact strength at room temperature and low temperature are increased by 98.5% and 48.2% respectively compared with pure PPR. When the content of PPB is 10 phr, the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the blend are 18.9% and 18.8% lower than those of pure PPR, respectively. When the content of PPB exceeds 50 phr, the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the blends are higher than those of pure PPR.
