摘  要:利用双叔丁基过氧化二异丙基苯(BIPB)改性高抗冲聚丙烯(HIPP),制备HIPP/BIPB复合材料,并探究BIPB的含量对HIPP的分子量及其分布、流动性、结晶度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:与纯HIPP相比,BIPB的加入使HIPP的分子链发生断裂,导致丙烯的摩尔含量降低,HIPP分子量降低,分子量分布变窄。随着BIPB含量的增加,HIPP/BIPB复合材料的流动性增加,结晶度增加,综合力学性能降低。当BIPB添加量为0.075%时,对比纯HIPP,HIPP/BIPB复合材料的熔体流动速率(MFR)提高了953.8%,结晶度增至35.2%,屈服强度降低了20%,弯曲强度降低了9.8%,冲击强度降低了80.4%。High impact polypropylene(HIPP) was modified by bis(tert-butylperoxy) diisopropyl benzene(BIPB) to prepare HIPP/BIPB composites. The effects of BIPB content on molecular weight and its distribution, fluidity, crystallinity and mechanical properties of HIPP were explored. The results show that compared with pure HIPP, the molecular chain of HIPP is broken by the addition of BIPB, resulting in the decrease of the molar content of propylene, the decrease of molecular weight and the narrow molecular weight distribution of HIPP. With the increasing of BIPB content, the fluidity and crystallinity of HIPP/BIPB composites are increased, and the comprehensive mechanical properties are decreased.When the addition of BIPB is 0.075%, the melt flow rate(MFR) of HIPP/BIPB composite is increased by 953.8%, the crystallinity of HIPP/BIPB is increased to 35.2%, the yield strength of HIPP/BIPB is decreased by 20%, the bending strength of HIPP/BIPB is decreased by 9.8%, and the impact strength of HIPP/BIPB is decreased by 80.4% compared with that of pure HIPP.
