摘 要:以碳纤维为增强相,在不同注射温度条件下,制备PEEK/碳纤维复合材料,探究PEEK/碳纤维的拉伸性能,摩擦相关性能和样品表面磨痕的微观形貌。结果表明:随着注射温度的增加,PEEK复合材料的最高拉断力先增大后减小。注射温度分别为150、175、200℃时,PEEK复合材料的最高拉断力分别为7 276、7 409、7 224 N。随着注射温度的升高,样品表面的摩擦系数呈现先降低后升高的趋势。注射温度分别为150、175、200℃时,PEEK复合材料表面的摩擦系数分别为0.30、0.15、0.35。随着注射温度的升高,样品的耐磨性先升高后降低。注射温度分别为150、175、200℃时,PEEK复合材料表面的磨损率分别为3.44×10^(-6)、1.67×10^(-6)、4.86×10mm^(3)/(N·m)。PEEK注射成型时,调整注射成型温度,使其接近但不高于PEEK产品的玻璃化温度,有利于提高产品力学性能及摩擦性能。The PEEK/carbon fiber composites were prepared at different injection temperatures using carbon fiber as reinforcement. The tensile properties, friction-related properties and micro-morphology of worn surfaces of PEEK/carbon fiber composites were investigated. The results show that with the increase of injection temperature, the maximum tensile force of PEEK composite increases first and then decreases. When the injection temperatures are 150, 175 and 200 ℃, the maximum tensile forces of PEEK composites are 7 276, 7 409 and 7 224 N, respectively. With the increasing of injection temperature, the friction coefficient of the sample surface decreases first and then increases. When the injection temperatures are 150, 175 and 200 ℃, the friction coefficients of PEEK composite surface are 0.30, 0.15 and 0.35,respectively. With the increasing of injection temperature, the wear resistance of the sample first increases and then decreases. When the injection temperatures are 150, 175 and 200 ℃, the wear rates of PEEK composite surfaces are 3.44×10^(-6),1.67×10^(-6)and 4.86×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m), respectively. During PEEK injection molding, with adjusting the injection molding temperature, the injection molding temperature close to but not higher than the glass transition temperature of PEEK products, which is conducive to improving the mechanical properties and friction properties of products.
