摘  要:以玉米淀粉为原料,戴斯-马丁(DMP)为氧化剂,制备氧化淀粉。以玉米淀粉、氧化淀粉为原料,加入丙三醇和增容剂PVE,分别制备原淀粉母粒(S/PVE)、氧化淀粉母粒(OS/PVE),将两种淀粉母粒与聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)混合,分别制备PBAT/S/PVE复合膜、PBAT/OS/PVE复合膜,对复合膜的结构、热力学性能、力学性能、亲水性能、透气性能及透光性能进行探究。结果表明:与纯PBAT相比,PBAT/S/PVE复合膜及PBAT/OS/PVE复合膜结晶度降低,分别由纯PBAT的57.3%降至43.9%和43.0%。与纯PBAT相比,PBAT/S/PVE复合膜及PBAT/OS/PVE复合膜热稳定性降低,复合膜的最大热分解速率温度从405℃分别降至398℃和400℃。PBAT/OS/PVE复合膜的透光率好、吸水率低、透气性强。与PBAT/S/PVE复合膜相比,PBAT/OS/PVE复合膜的拉伸强度由9.3 MPa提升至11.6 MPa,断裂伸长率由186.6%提升至192.5%。Oxidized starch was prepared with corn starch as raw material and Dess-Martin(DMP)as oxidant.With corn starch and oxidized starch as raw materials,glycerol and compatibilizer PVE were added to prepare original starch masterbatch(S/PVE)and oxidized starch masterbatch(OS/PVE),respectively.The two kinds of starch masterbatch were mixed with poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)to prepare PBAT/S/PVE composite membrane and PBAT/OS/PVE composite membrane,respectively.The structure,thermodynamic properties,mechanical properties,hydrophilicity,air permeability and light transmittance of the composite membrane were investigated.The results show that compared with pure PBAT,the crystallinity of PBAT/S/PVE composite membrane and PBAT/OS/PVE composite membrane are decreased from 57.3%of pure PBAT to 43.9%and 43.0%,respectively.Compared with pure PBAT,the thermal stability of PBAT/S/PVE composite membrane and PBAT/OS/PVE composite membrane are decreased,and the maximum thermal decomposition rate temperature of composite membrane are decreased from 405℃to 398℃and 400℃,respectively.PBAT/OS/PVE composite membrane has good transmittance,low water absorption and strong permeability.Compared with PBAT/S/PVE composite membrane,the tensile strength of PBAT/OS/PVE composite membrane is increased from 9.3 MPa to 11.6 MPa,and the elongation at break is increased from 186.6%to 192.5%.
